Dear Sirs,
Our private laboratory is conducting research in the field of electrodynamics and collective nuclear transformations.
In the course of these investigations we ignite unknown previously collapse process of the nuclear combustion of a substance of condensed target, which is accompanied by various types of energy liberation. To investigate the characteristics of this new process we explored in particular the influence of its factors onto the test MIS (metal-insulator-semiconductor) structures. One of the interesting after-effects of such influence was the reduction in 2-3 orders of the reverse current of p-n junction. Further exploration and utilization of this effect lays out of the main scope of activity of our Lab.
